An active patient is anyone with an active nutrition plan or appointment in the last 90 days. The active patient count is calculated at the start of each month for billing.
Yes. You can upgrade or move to a higher tier, add feature bundles, or change seat count at any time. Changes apply from the next month.
You'll need to upgrade to the Clinic plan, which has no patient limit. We'll send a notification when you're approaching the limit before applying any restrictions.
We’ll confirm final pricing before launch. Any applicable tax will be added at billing based on your clinic’s location and local regulations.
